These Terms of Service govern your use of the NYXNOOR JEWELRY website and your purchase of our handmade custom fine jewelry.

1. Overview

This website is operated by NYXNOOR JEWELRY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NYXNOOR JEWELRY. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Online Store Terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, shipping restrictions, or incomplete order information.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, gemstone colors, metal finishes, and product images as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, natural gemstone variations, and handmade production.

Because our jewelry is handcrafted or made to order, minor variations in finish, dimensions, stone appearance, and overall detail may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Handmade & Natural Characteristics

Our jewelry is individually handcrafted. Slight differences between pieces are part of the nature of handmade fine jewelry.

Natural gemstones may include variations in color, pattern, inclusions, transparency, texture, and internal characteristics. These natural features are part of the stone’s uniqueness and are not considered flaws.

5. Orders, Customization & Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before production, including ring size, gemstone choice, metal type, finish, engraving, and shipping information.

Once material sourcing, gemstone preparation, CAD work, or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any approved change may result in additional cost and an extended production timeline.

Incorrect ring size selected or provided by the customer is not considered a manufacturing defect.

6. Production & Delivery Estimates

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customization, material availability, gemstone sourcing, quality inspection, shipping carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, customs processing, or failed delivery attempts.

7. 1-Year Limited Warranty

NYXNOOR JEWELRY provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty may cover:

  • Loose stones caused by a confirmed setting or manufacturing defect
  • Broken prongs, clasps, or solder joints resulting from a workmanship defect
  • Structural defects caused by the original manufacturing process

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, bending, or deformation
  • Accidental damage, impact, pressure, or improper use
  • Gemstone damage caused by wear or impact
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Repairs, resizing, polishing, or alterations performed by another jeweler
  • Loss, theft, or disappearance of the jewelry
  • Fading of blackened, oxidized, plated, or specially treated finishes

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by NYXNOOR JEWELRY. Approval of a warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, cancellation, or full replacement.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is separate from our warranty policy. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and made-to-order jewelry is generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If an exception is approved, the item must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

9. Third-Party Repairs & Alterations

Any repair, resizing, polishing, stone replacement, or alteration performed by another jeweler may void warranty coverage for the affected item.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYXNOOR JEWELRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability in relation to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question, except where a greater liability is required under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photographs, branding, designs, graphics, text, and layout, is the property of NYXNOOR JEWELRY and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
