Order Timeline

Each NYXNOOR piece is handcrafted to order. Production time and shipping time are separate.

1. Order Confirmed You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
2. Handcrafted to Order Custom fine jewelry usually requires 3–6 weeks of production time.
3. Quality Check Your piece is checked carefully before shipment.
4. Tracking Sent Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent by email.
Please make sure your shipping email is correct. If your tracking number has not updated yet, it may still be waiting for carrier scanning. For custom order questions, include your order number when contacting us.
