The services selection currently provides Custom Order and Rush Order. Custom Order is used after the design, gemstones, metal, size and quotation have been discussed and approved; choose only the payment amount agreed with NYXNOOR. Rush Order is an additional service for an eligible jewelry item and should be purchased with the ring it applies to. Its purpose is to shorten the overall estimated timeline by approximately 7–10 days relative to a standard order. It is not a separate ring, and the wording about time saved should not be read as a promise that jewelry will arrive within that number of days.
Service availability depends on the item and the stage of production. Contact NYXNOOR if you are unsure which option is appropriate, and keep any service purchase connected with its intended jewelry order. Review the current service description for charges, timing, and instructions before completing checkout.

What is the standard jewelry order timeline?
Production takes approximately 1–2 weeks. Estimated delivery is 3–6 weeks in total, including production. For an eligible order purchased with Rush Order, the overall estimated timeline can be shortened by approximately 7–10 days. This is time saved from the standard estimate, rather than delivery within 7–10 days.
